What you will do

• Serve as the performance strategist for top strategic healthcare clients, managing the full analytics lifecycle from collection to delivery.
• Analyze campaign reports and monitor trends to proactively identify and address underperformance.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to synthesize metrics and present high-impact recommendations.
• Lead audience-segment creation strategies aligned with third-party measurement vendors.
• Act as a consultative partner to agencies and brand teams, providing guidance on targeting and optimization best practices.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in digital or programmatic advertising, specifically in analytics or performance strategy.
• Strong understanding of healthcare data metrics (ICD-10, CPT, Rx) and measurement methods like IQVIA, Crossix, and Ipsos.
• Experience managing strategic conversations with pharmaceutical partners and agencies.
• Proficiency with the programmatic ecosystem (DSPs), ad verification tools, and advanced Excel.
• Must be based in the United States.
