What you will do

• Manage strategic partners and develop joint business plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify and close incremental opportunities for MDR, services, and MSP portfolios.
• Enable partners to leverage hirify.global' comprehensive solution portfolio to improve customer security.
• Directly support partners in qualifying and closing complex deals, collaborating with sales engineers.
• Conduct frequent joint business reviews and define SMART goals and KPIs.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to drive sales pipeline and lead generation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in channel sales and territory management within networking or security sectors.
• Proven track record of building and executing successful business and marketing plans.
• Deep understanding of the technology channel ecosystem (VAR, MSP, Distribution).
• Strong account management, interpersonal, and qualification skills.
• Solid technical acumen and cybersecurity knowledge.
• Legal authorization to work in the United Kingdom without employer sponsorship.
