What you will do
- Manage, qualify, and prioritize inbound B2B leads to ensure efficient sales routing.
- Operate outbound hunting mechanisms and coordinate with third-party vendors for outreach.
- Build and maintain lead management boards, workflows, and dashboards using Salesforce and Monday.com.
- Track lead performance across the customer journey to maintain operational visibility.
- Create reports and dashboards related to lead flow and pipeline status.
- Collaborate on mapping new B2B verticals and updating sales-related marketing materials.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in an SDR or similar lead-focused role.
- Practical experience with B2B lead qualification and routing processes.
- Hands-on experience working with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
- Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
- Strong operational mindset with a high attention to detail and organizational skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Monday.com.
- Experience with Tableau for data visualization.
