Customer Development Representative (Cybersecurity)

Customer Development Representative (Cybersecurity): Supporting account managers in Customer Sales to identify and qualify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the SMB/Corporate segment. Focus on generating a pipeline of leads and scheduling product demonstrations for existing customers.

Location: Must be located in or near Barcelona, Spain (hybrid: office attendance mandatory twice a week)

What you will do

• Support Account Managers in the SMB/Corporate customer sales segment.
• Identify, qualify, and generate activity for cross-sell and up-sell opportunities with existing customers.
• Evaluate customer needs and schedule product demonstrations between Sales Representatives and clients.
• Develop creative marketing campaigns through email and social media.
• Use Salesforce.com and other CRM tools to generate and manage a pipeline of leads.

Requirements

• Native or bilingual level in German and fluent English.
• Must be located in or near Barcelona.
• Ability to learn and clearly articulate technical information.
• Track record of succeeding in goal-driven, metrics-based environments.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in business development or inside sales.
