What you will do
- Research and identify target pharmaceutical, biotech, and CRO companies aligned with the target market.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and events.
- Secure and schedule high-impact meetings between qualified prospects and the Directors of Clinical Solutions.
- Manage outreach activities and track progress using CRM tools such as HubSpot.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to refine outreach strategies and value messaging.
- Support marketing campaigns and conference follow-ups to increase lead engagement.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation.
- Background or strong interest in clinical research, pharma, or biotechnology.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional European languages are a plus).
- Experience using CRM systems and sales automation tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Curiosity and drive to learn about AI and digital transformation in healthcare.
