What you will do

  • Research and identify target pharmaceutical, biotech, and CRO companies aligned with the target market.
  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and events.
  • Secure and schedule high-impact meetings between qualified prospects and the Directors of Clinical Solutions.
  • Manage outreach activities and track progress using CRM tools such as HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to refine outreach strategies and value messaging.
  • Support marketing campaigns and conference follow-ups to increase lead engagement.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation.
  • Background or strong interest in clinical research, pharma, or biotechnology.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional European languages are a plus).
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Curiosity and drive to learn about AI and digital transformation in healthcare.
