What you will do

• Manage daily communication, traffic quality monitoring, and commercial negotiations with SSP partners, including onboarding new ones.
• Handle DSP relationships, onboard new DSPs, analyze performance metrics, and manage fill rates and discrepancies.
• Conduct daily analysis of key metrics, identify growth opportunities and anomalies, and make data-driven decisions.
• Scale successful integrations, launch pilot tests, monitor market and competitors.
• Understand RTB auction architecture, ad formats (Popunder, Native, Banner, ICTV, Push, Inpage), and pricing models (first/second price).

Requirements

• Strong understanding of RTB metrics: win rate, bid rate, fill rate, eCPM, CTR, CR, ROI, margin.
• Experience working with large datasets and analytical dashboards.
• Negotiation and partner development skills.
• Skills in SSP and DSP management.
