What you will do

• Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with affiliate partners
• Analyze performance and identify growth opportunities across sales funnels
• Optimize partnerships by collaborating with marketing, PR, and Product teams
• Research, recruit, and negotiate new affiliate partnerships in established and emerging markets
• Provide partners with product updates, launches, and editorial assets
• Drive brand leadership through affiliate collaboration and performance marketing

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels: Content Marketing, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Online Advertising
• Hands-on experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs, SimilarWeb
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Proven experience negotiating commercial terms and managing strategic partnerships
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities

Nice to have

• Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Tableau
• A/B testing experience
• Existing affiliate or industry network
• Affiliate network/platform experience
