• Act as a trusted strategic partner for key CPG and retail clients to define and deliver their strategic needs.
• Transform complex customer data into knowledge with clear and actionable recommendations for growth.
• Collaborate with solutions managers and retail teams in a fast-paced client leadership environment.
• Apply a consultative approach to identify client needs and sell appropriate data-driven solutions.
• Manage high-level presentations and storytelling to drive change and growth for clients.

Requirements

• Experience in CPG, Retail, or Consultancy.
• Fluent English (speak, read, write).
• Strong data analysis skills and advanced proficiency in Excel and database tools.
• Proven ability to build trust and establish strategic partnerships with counterparties.
• Effective communication, storytelling, and audience management skills.
• Located in or able to work from Bogota.
