What you will do

• Lead quantitative and qualitative analyses to support business decisions, including financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations translating data into actionable recommendations for management.
• Support and lead cross-functional projects, collaborating with Finance, Strategy, and external partners while managing timelines and deliverables.
• Analyze and improve business processes, reporting, and analytical tools, contributing to automation initiatives.
• Guide junior analysts and contribute to strategic planning and investment evaluations.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish (German valuable)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years in corporate finance, consulting analytics, or similar.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 proficiency.
• Strong financial modeling, M&A experience (due diligence, deal screening), data interpretation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, multitasking under deadlines, and detail-oriented execution.

Nice to have

• Experience guiding junior analysts or interns.
• Knowledge of analytical tools beyond listed.
