Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 + Bonus

What you will do
- Develop and manage accurate sales, production, and operational targets based on historical data and market trends.
- Maintain promotional planning and spending across tools, ensuring contracts and submissions are up to date.
- Conduct post-promotional analysis to maximize ROI on trade strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment on targets and resources.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, delivering regular reports to leadership.
- Oversee the input of promotional plans in customer portals and manage item set-up in retail customer systems.
Requirements
- Must be based in Pennsylvania or within the NE/Mid-Atlantic regions.
- 5+ years of customer planning or retailer account management experience within the CPG industry.
- Proficiency in Anaplan (or similar forecasting tools) and Syndigo/1World Sync.
- Experience managing new item set-up for retail customers like Ahold, Meijer, Giant Eagle, or Wegmans.
- Strong ability to pull data insights and build presentations for executive leadership.
- Clean driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
