Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 + Bonus

What you will do

  • Develop and manage accurate sales, production, and operational targets based on historical data and market trends.
  • Maintain promotional planning and spending across tools, ensuring contracts and submissions are up to date.
  • Conduct post-promotional analysis to maximize ROI on trade strategies.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment on targets and resources.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, delivering regular reports to leadership.
  • Oversee the input of promotional plans in customer portals and manage item set-up in retail customer systems.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Pennsylvania or within the NE/Mid-Atlantic regions.
  • 5+ years of customer planning or retailer account management experience within the CPG industry.
  • Proficiency in Anaplan (or similar forecasting tools) and Syndigo/1World Sync.
  • Experience managing new item set-up for retail customers like Ahold, Meijer, Giant Eagle, or Wegmans.
  • Strong ability to pull data insights and build presentations for executive leadership.
  • Clean driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.

Nice to have

  • Headquarter-level experience with Ahold.
