What you will do

• Manage retailer relationships and participate in client meetings and governance calls.
• Analyze market, category, and customer data using specialized hirify.global tools.
• Translate complex data analyses into clear, actionable stories for internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to Joint Business Plans by supporting analysis and tracking progress.
• Identify potential client needs and escalate data quality or reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Recently graduated or early-career professional (up to 2 years’ experience) in analytical or customer-facing roles.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Strong interest in data analysis, retail, and customer decision-making.
• Must be based in or able to work from Amstelveen, Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Experience in Tech & Durables, FMCG, or market research.
• Experience presenting insights to clients or stakeholders.
• Exposure to consulting or customer success environments.
