TL;DR

Partner Account Executive (SaaS): Recruiting and onboarding new accounting firm partners for the hirify.globalPro platform with an accent on partner activation and revenue growth. Focus on designing partner sales motions, managing the full activation arc from closing to handoff, and leveraging AI tools to optimize sales workflows.

Location: Must be based in the US or Canada. Hybrid options available in Denver, San Francisco, New York, and Scottsdale (2-3 days in office).

Salary: $125,000 – $182,000 USD / $120,000 – $180,000 CAD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Recruit and onboard new accounting firm partners for hirify.globalPro to expand market share.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leaders to refine the partner sales process and accelerate sales cycles.
  • Conduct persuasive product demos and negotiate Partner Onboarding Agreements.
  • Manage the 30-day enablement period to drive partners to the activation benchmark of 10 net new clients.
  • Coordinate co-marketing activation and introduce cross-sell products as adoption deepens.
  • Integrate AI tools into daily workflows to enhance prospecting and partner engagement.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of total work experience in sales, account management, or customer success.
  • 3+ years of experience selling B2B SaaS products, ideally to accounting firms.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and negotiating complex six-figure contracts.
  • Deep understanding of the accounting firm landscape, including CAS/advisory and payroll practices.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales software such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Tableau.
  • Must be based in the United States or Canada.
