Salary: $200,000 – $230,000 USD (NYC/SF) / 145K – 155K CAD (Toronto)

What you will do
- Lead and develop a high-performing Sales Operations team to power the North American Sales organization.
- Drive GTM strategy, including territory design, account prioritization, and capacity planning.
- Oversee Deal Desk operations, pricing governance, and deal structuring to increase velocity and quality.
- Establish operational rigor for forecasting, pipeline management, and KPI reporting.
- Optimize sales processes and workflows using an AI-first mindset for scalability and automation.
- Collaborate with Finance and executive leadership on annual planning and headcount modeling.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Revenue Operations or Sales Operations.
- 4+ years of people management experience leading high-performing operational teams.
- Deep expertise with Salesforce and core revenue systems.
- Experience supporting Sales and BDR/SDR motions in high-growth environments.
- Must be based in New York, San Francisco, Austin, or Toronto.
Nice to have
- Experience with modern GTM tools: HubSpot, Gong, Outreach, and data enrichment platforms.
- Experience driving AI-enabled workflows and automation within RevOps.
- Strong understanding of sales compensation design and GTM planning methodologies.
- French language proficiency.
