Salary: $165,000 base annually, plus 45% target incentives

What you will do

  • Lead high-impact Microsoft-aligned pursuits across AI Business Solutions, Cloud & AI Platforms, and Security.
  • Operationalize unified modernization strategies by embedding Microsoft priorities into customer account plans and QBRs.
  • Build and maintain trusted engagements with Microsoft Account Teams and specialist leaders to drive co-sell motions.
  • Accelerate service activation velocity by shaping discovery, design, and delivery paths for enterprise accounts.
  • Facilitate C-suite level discussions regarding Enterprise Agreements (EA) and COCP as strategic inflection points for AI and cloud transformation.
  • Govern pursuit excellence by developing opportunity framing, competitive positioning, and high-clarity solution narratives.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of experience in enterprise technology sales or solution strategy.
  • Proven track record of winning multi-million-dollar enterprise pursuits and managing complex commercial structures.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft’s field organization, co-sell motions, and funding programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or technology (MBA preferred).
  • Ability to lead high-impact conversations with C-suite stakeholders.
  • High discipline in pipeline management and Salesforce accuracy.
