What you will do

• Install and configure software and hardware products into hospital systems.
• Conduct client training sessions both on-site and via remote tools.
• Provide technical training and support to the internal Sales Teams as products evolve.
• Develop and maintain knowledge base articles for Sales Engineering and Support teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, and Sales to improve the RescueNet Product Suites.
• Represent the company at trade shows to support sales efforts.

Requirements

• B.S. Degree in Engineering or equivalent preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude and background in troubleshooting software installations.
• Experience with Single Sign On (SSO) technologies.
• Strong presentation, customer service, and communication skills.
• Experience supporting sales organizations with complex enterprise software/hardware solutions.
• Must be able to travel up to 75% of the time to various sales regions.
