Salary: $125,000–$175,000

What you will do

  • Partner with leaders to align people strategies with business objectives, organizational design, and change management.
  • Lead performance and talent processes, including goal-setting, calibrations, and succession planning.
  • Manage complex employee relations, conduct investigations, and ensure compliance with employment laws.
  • Advise on compensation decisions, equity administration, and workforce planning in collaboration with Finance and Recruiting.
  • Drive scalable HRBP practices and lead culture programs and engagement surveys.
  • Mentor junior team members and represent HR in cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP role.
  • Must be based in the US with working knowledge of federal and state employment law.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex employee relations independently and with sound judgment.
  • Expertise in compensation administration, including pay structures, leveling, and market benchmarking.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and HR reporting/analytics.
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth company environment strongly preferred.

Nice to have

  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.
