Senior People Partner (SaaS)

Location: Irving, Texas, United States; hybrid with three days per week in the office required

Base salary: $82,300–$229,500 USD per year. Additional compensation may include an annual performance bonus, stock, and other incentives.

What you will do

• Partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into HR and organizational development initiatives.
• Lead organizational design, talent management, change management, and transformation programs.
• Work with People Team Centers of Excellence to implement scalable, business-aligned programs.
• Use workforce data to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and recommend improvements to processes and policies.
• Provide guidance on compensation planning, salary actions, promotions, and job re-leveling.
• Address complex employee relations matters and lead engagement and internal communication initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience as a People Partner, HR Business Partner, or in a related role.
• Experience building and scaling HR programs, preferably while supporting G&A teams in a fast-paced global environment.
• Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills, influence, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience leading projects and programs with strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of HR regulations, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and EEOC requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
