Senior People Partner (SaaS): Driving strategic People initiatives and talent strategies for business units with an accent on organizational design, change leadership, and data-driven HR decision-making. Location: Hybrid: Must be based in San Ramon, CA (3 days a week in office: M, W, TH)

Salary: $95,600 - $265,900 USD

What you will do

• Collaborate with senior leaders to translate business strategies and challenges into forward-thinking HR and organizational development actions.
• Drive organizational design solutions regarding spans, layers, talent management, and change management.
• Partner with People Team Centers of Excellence to implement consistent and scalable programs tailored to business needs.
• Use data to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and develop objective, scalable solutions for business processes.
• Provide strategic compensation guidance, including salary planning, promotions, and job re-leveling.
• Address complex employee relations issues and lead initiatives to drive employee engagement and cultural alignment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience as a People Partner or HRBP, preferably supporting Go-to-market teams in a fast-paced global environment.
• Strong ability to operate in ambiguity and navigate a constantly changing organizational environment.
• Proven ability to influence senior management decisions through value-driven insights and clear communication.
• Solid technical knowledge of HR regulations including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and EEOC.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid from the San Ramon, CA office.
