Senior Director, Marketing (Data Centers)

Salary: $180,000 - $200,000 Base + Bonus

What you will do

• Develop and execute company-wide marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals and growth priorities.
• Lead global initiatives including content development, public policy communications, and the annual Sustainability Report.
• Establish scalable marketing frameworks, governance, and best practices to ensure consistency across regions.
• Maintain and strengthen corporate brand identity, messaging architecture, and voice across internal and external channels.
• Oversee market research, customer satisfaction programs, and insights reporting.
• Partner with the VP of Global Marketing and business leaders on reputation management and marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience, including at least five years in a leadership role.
• Must be based in Sterling, VA or Denver, CO.
• Experience working in a matrixed global organization.
• Proven success in executing integrated marketing strategies that deliver measurable business results.
• Strong executive presence and confidence interacting with senior leaders across the organization.

Nice to have

• Experience in the data center industry.
• Knowledge of Associated Press (AP) Style.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and HubSpot.
