Vice President, Marketing (Energy Efficiency): Define and execute an integrated enterprise-wide marketing strategy driving growth, revenue, brand leadership, and demand generation across multi-segment markets with an accent on corporate branding, digital channels, client engagement, and data-driven operations. Focus on building scalable marketing teams, leveraging analytics and MarTech for pipeline acceleration, ABM programs, and aligning marketing with executive growth objectives in a mission-driven organization.
Location: Remote from Texas, Wyoming, Wisconsin, West Virginia, or Oklahoma. Must be authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
Salary: $188,100 - $282,200 USD

What you will do
- Define and lead enterprise marketing strategy, roadmaps, and investments aligned with growth and revenue goals.
- Own corporate branding, communications, thought leadership, PR, and crisis management.
- Drive client/customer engagement, segmentation, journey mapping, and retention strategies.
- Execute digital marketing, full-funnel demand generation, ABM, SEO, paid media, and marketing automation.
- Build marketing analytics framework, MarTech stack, and performance metrics including pipeline impact and ROI.
- Lead and scale a 100+ person marketing team across North America, fostering collaboration with sales, growth, and executives.
Requirements
- 10+ years senior marketing leadership building enterprise-scale organizations; experience in energy efficiency, demand response, or renewables strongly preferred.
- Proven track record in corporate marketing, brand, communications, digital marketing, and demand generation in complex B2B/B2C environments.
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
- Expertise in demand generation, ABM, lifecycle marketing, analytics, attribution, and modern MarTech stacks (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Demonstrated success driving revenue growth, brand elevation, and ROI through data-driven initiatives.
- Exceptional executive communication, influence, and cross-functional partnership skills.
