Location: Remote, U.S. Must be located in the U.S., preferably Eastern time zone. No visa sponsorship.

What you will do

  • Build, manage, and develop HR team, setting goals and operating rhythms while serving as player-coach across HR disciplines.
  • Handle employee relations as escalation point for complex matters, advising on performance issues and partnering with Legal.
  • Implement scalable performance review processes, employee engagement surveys, and manager training programs.
  • Design talent acquisition strategy for headcount growth, manage recruiting partners, and conduct workforce planning.
  • Own HR operations including systems implementation, compliance, onboarding, and policy updates.
  • Design competitive compensation, equity programs, and benefits, leading annual review cycles.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years progressive HR experience; 3+ years in director-level, VP, or senior HRBP role.
  • Prior experience in high-growth technology or SaaS company, preferably PE/VC-backed.
  • Demonstrated success building HR infrastructure in high-change environments.
  • Deep knowledge of employment law, compensation practices, and benefits administration.
  • Strong business acumen, cross-functional collaboration, excellent communication, and high EQ.
  • Bachelor's degree required; HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
