Location: On-site in Brooklyn, NY (Remote Wednesdays)

What you will do

  • Build and launch top-of-funnel campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and events to generate inbound leads and pipeline.
  • Partner with Marketing to align on ICP accounts, personas, and priorities.
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for better results.
  • Support Sales with marketing-driven plays and account-based campaigns to increase meeting conversion.
  • Tailor messaging based on hirify.global’s value proposition for different audiences and stakeholders.
  • Test and experiment with new channels and approaches to scale demand generation.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or B2B marketing.
  • Proven track record of executing end-to-end campaigns that translate directly to pipeline.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking to connect campaign activity to business outcomes.
  • Ability to work closely with Sales and cross-functional partners.
  • Must be based in or able to work on-site in Brooklyn, NY.
