Salary: $295,000–$315,000 + equity

What you will do

• Develop and execute product communications strategies across earned and owned channels.
• Hire, onboard, and manage a team of communications professionals.
• Secure high-impact earned stories to amplify product milestones and news.
• Cultivate relationships with media and industry influencers in consumer tech and gaming.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on positioning and product news.
• Provide strategic counsel to internal leadership and teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in communications (in-house or agency).
• Must be based in or relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area.
• Proven track record of leadership in complex, ambiguous environments.
• Exceptional writing skills for message development and press materials.
• Established relationships with top-tier and non-traditional media outlets.
• Experience in communication risk assessment.
