Location: Fully remote within the US. Occasional domestic travel (10-20%) required.

Salary: $177,000–$242,000 Annual

What you will do

• Develop and implement external partner engagement strategy aligned to business and community needs.
• Partner with patient organizations to empower communities and elevate awareness through events and workshops.
• Collaborate with professional medical associations on initiatives to advance disease understanding and education.
• Provide insights on health policy, access, and reimbursement trends to patient organizations.
• Incorporate patient experience into business decisions across the asset lifecycle.
• Engage with advocacy groups and patients for Patient-Focused Drug Development and represent company externally.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, public health, or related field and 10+ years in patient advocacy/engagement in biotech/pharma.
• Deep understanding of respiratory conditions including NTM Lung Disease and Bronchiectasis.
• Track record in strategic projects, budget leadership, and cross-therapeutic experience.
• Excellent communication, peer leadership, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory, ethical, and promotional review processes in pharma.
