What you will do

  • Design and lead an integrated PR strategy for North America, ensuring brand consistency across the US and Canada.
  • Innovate beyond press releases by leveraging influencers, digital video, and podcasts to reach new audiences.
  • Maintain high-level relationships with top-tier business, tech, and consumer media outlets.
  • Establish a sophisticated measurement framework to track PR's impact on business growth and user acquisition.
  • Manage regional PR agencies and hold them accountable to high-performance standards.
  • Collaborate with Global HQ and regional leadership to integrate PR into the broader marketing mix.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of managing PR strategies across multiple countries, specifically the US and Canada.
  • Deep, existing relationships with national media and demonstrated success in direct in-house pitching.
  • Expert knowledge of integrating PR with social media, digital video, and audio strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using advanced PR measurement tools to connect results to business KPIs.
  • Native-level English proficiency is required.
  • Must be based in New York to support the hybrid model (3x weekly office attendance).
