What you will do

• Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to ship physics models that deliver maximum customer value.
• Design and build end-to-end applications, including low-lift prototypes, based on direct customer feedback.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Python and FastAPI.
• Deploy applications to cloud infrastructure using Helm, Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS/Azure.
• Drive the development of core platform features to solve increasingly complex engineering challenges.
• Travel to customer sites in North America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania for 3-4 weeks per quarter.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and comply with U.S. export control laws (EAR/ITAR).
• Strong foundation in software engineering, API design, and production application deployment.
• Experience with Python, microservices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure, Kubernetes).
• Ability to grasp complex engineering concepts and work directly with customers to solve problems.
• Proactive mindset with a track record of driving impact and taking ownership of end-to-end solutions.
