What you will do

• Manage new business opportunities pipeline in Salesforce.
• Support client onboarding, data management, and contracting.
• Prepare and track new accounts through funding; introduce clients to online tools.
• Monitor and resolve client billing/contract issues; schedule meetings.
• Assist with tax activities, asset transfers, and third-party account documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams on investments, fixed income, and policy rollouts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–5 years in professional corporate environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Strong written/verbal communication; organized and detail-oriented.
• Client service and teamwork skills; ability to work under pressure.

Nice to have

• Financial services experience.
• SIE certification.
• If converted to permanent, obtain Series 7 and 66 licenses (company-sponsored).
