What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for routine technical customer inquiries.
• Manage account operations, documentation, and technical support for internal and external stakeholders.
• Evaluate submissions and oversee the data entry process for onboarding new Merchant IDs.
• Proactively manage a queue of Add Locations requests for sales support teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements within the customer service functional area.
• Assist with special projects related to product conversions and new product development.

Requirements

• Must be based in Charlotte, North Carolina
• Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
• 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center environments.
• 1+ year of experience in Merchant Services.
• 2+ years of administrative or business support experience.
• Must be able to work onsite in a hybrid schedule

• Understanding of Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.
• Experience managing a pipeline of work from assignment to completion.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
