What you will do

• Analyze delinquency, charge-offs, and loss trends across lending portfolios to ensure portfolio health.
• Develop and maintain risk dashboards, heatmaps, and early warning indicator metrics for executive leadership.
• Perform proactive modeling, including stress tests and static pool analysis, to identify emerging risks.
• Manage and optimize the nCino loan analytics platform to ensure data integrity.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, Collections, and IT to support risk-related decision-making.
• Assist in the facilitation of Enterprise and Credit Risk Committee meetings.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 3+ years of experience in credit risk, portfolio risk, or financial services analytics.
• Prior experience in consumer loan underwriting, operations, or processing within a bank or credit union.
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate professional experience.
