Base Salary: $110,000 - $155,000 USD

What you will do

• Own budgets, financial planning, reporting, and analysis for Production, partnering with machine shop and manufacturing teams.
• Drive CapEx analysis, modeling long-term equipment investments and complex tradeoffs.
• Partner with leaders on headcount planning, resource allocation, and spend management.
• Deliver variance analysis and actionable insights for departmental accountability.
• Build scalable reporting tools and dashboards for production cost visibility.
• Support monthly and quarterly close processes with Accounting and Finance.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of financial planning & analysis experience.
• Direct experience in Manufacturing or Hardtech environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• Advanced financial modeling, Excel, and reporting skills with proven CapEx analyses.
• Detail-oriented with ability to provide strategic insights.
• Demonstrated cross-functional partnership between analysis and operations.
• U.S. Citizenship, Lawful Permanent Residency, or Refugee/Asylee Status Required (to comply with U.S. Government export regulations).
