Finance Analyst - FP&A

Salary: $64,500–$103,500 per year

What you will do

• Support monthly reporting, forecasting, annual budgeting, and analysis of business performance.
• Perform pricing, customer bid margin, profitability, and product price-list analysis.
• Track capital expenditures, backlog, shipments, and other operational finance metrics.
• Support month-end close activities, account reconciliations, financial analysis, and reporting packages.
• Build and maintain financial models, reports, dashboards, and analytical tools using Excel and other business intelligence tools.
• Partner with finance, operations, and other functions to identify trends, improve reporting, and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• At least two years of professional experience in finance, accounting, financial analysis, or a related area, or qualifying Finance/Accounting internship experience within hirify.global.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to organize and analyze detailed financial data.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Nice to have

• FP&A experience with forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting.
• Experience with pricing, bid margin analysis, profitability analysis, or commercial finance.
• Power BI, advanced Excel, ERP, or financial reporting system experience.
• Experience with capital expenditure reporting, backlog analysis, shipment tracking, or operational finance metrics.
• Manufacturing experience, a master’s degree, or CPA designation.
