Sr. FP&A Analyst

Location: Los Angeles, CA; onsite

Salary: $85,000–$95,000 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus.

What you will do

• Conduct complex financial analyses, identify trends and opportunities, and provide recommendations for decision-making.
• Support annual budgeting and monthly forecasting, including revenue and expense projections.
• Partner with business leaders and department leads on P&L management, budget activities, and financial questions.
• Prepare management reports, KPI analysis, budget variance analysis, and explanations for monthly P&L review meetings.
• Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accurate monthly close activities for high-volume expense areas.
• Maintain financial review and budget presentations and ensure compliance with invoice and Concur approval procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and/or accounting.
• Advanced Excel, financial modeling, and PowerPoint skills.
• Working knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, financial modeling, and accounting principles.
• Experience with financial systems and large datasets; strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Los Angeles, CA; work visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with Planning solutions, Oracle, or Hubble.
