Senior FP&A Data Analyst

Location: Arlington, Virginia, United States

Salary: $105,000–$131,325 per year, plus an annual bonus

What you will do

• Maintain and enhance Power BI data models, dashboards, and reporting solutions for business performance and financial variance analysis.
• Design reporting solutions for finance, operations, commercial teams, and executive leadership.
• Support budgeting and forecasting systems, data integrity, and financial planning processes.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement data-driven solutions to improve efficiency and insight generation.
• Strengthen data quality, governance, and stewardship practices with internal stakeholders.
• Use analytics, automation, and emerging technologies to improve financial reporting and decision-making.

Requirements

• Experience developing and maintaining Power BI data models, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Experience with planning and forecasting platforms such as BPC, Anaplan, Oracle, SAP, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of GAAP, financial statement analysis, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Advanced Excel modeling and analytical capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English and ability to work in Arlington, Virginia, United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with large datasets, business intelligence tools, AI-enabled analytics, or data automation solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
