Senior Analyst FP&A

Location: New York City, NY; onsite

Salary: $75,000–$110,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide commercial FP&A support through daily, weekly, and monthly reporting cycles across Sphere Experiences and related business areas.
• Analyze cross-functional business data and maintain data integrity while supporting two Senior Managers.
• Partner with Revenue Strategy on ticket projections, statistical modeling, monthly business reviews, forecasts, and the annual budget.
• Build scalable reporting frameworks, documentation, and standardized methodologies for business expansion.
• Collaborate with Accounting during month-end close by researching variances, identifying root causes, and communicating findings.
• Design and refine Hyperion reporting for monthly reporting, bimonthly forecasts, and ad hoc analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in FP&A or a closely related discipline.
• Experience with reporting, forecasting, financial analysis, or analytical support.
• Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, Oracle GL, and Oracle Planning (Hyperion).
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, adaptability, and ownership skills.
• Ability to work onsite in New York City, NY.
