Salary: $195,000 – $343,000 annually

What you will do
- Manage a team of Client Partners and hold them accountable to revenue quotas and KPIs.
- Drive growth for top accounts by identifying vertical trends and strategic opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and agency partners.
- Define and execute KPI-driven measurement strategies.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to determine individual quotas and account lists.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sales within the digital media space.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop direct reports.
- Ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels of an organization.
- Must be able to travel as needed.

- Ability to facilitate meetings with multiple senior stakeholders.
