What you will do

  • Manage a team of Client Partners and hold them accountable to revenue quotas and KPIs.
  • Drive growth for top accounts by identifying vertical trends and strategic opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and agency partners.
  • Define and execute KPI-driven measurement strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to determine individual quotas and account lists.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales within the digital media space.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop direct reports.
  • Ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels of an organization.
  • Must be able to travel as needed.

  • Existing relationships with brand marketers and advertising agencies.
  • Ability to facilitate meetings with multiple senior stakeholders.
