TL;DR

Senior Account Manager (Ad-tech): Growing and nurturing senior-level client relationships to drive optimal performance of branded and performance video campaigns on Snapchat with an accent on data-driven optimization and strategic planning. Focus on analyzing campaign performance datasets, leading complex cross-functional work streams, and increasing adoption of self-service auction tools.

Location: Must be based in Los Angeles or New York (expected to work in office 4+ days per week).

What you will do

  • Lead and grow relationships with key clients and agency partners.
  • Educate brands and agencies on Snap’s product suite and advise on best practices for groundbreaking campaigns.
  • Collaborate with account executives and creative strategists to develop insight-driven digital campaigns that bring measurable ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to guide KPI measurement, identify trends, and find upsell opportunities.
  • Drive adoption and engagement of Snap’s self-service platform and auction-based tools.
  • Develop best-in-class case studies and evolve a test-and-learn agenda across categories.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in business, communications, marketing, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in evaluating success metrics to drive campaign performance or managing brand strategies via in-depth data analysis.
  • Experience in digital media, ad-tech, or programmatic real-time bidding marketplaces.
  • Advanced Excel skills and the ability to deliver actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
  • Must be based in Los Angeles or New York.

  • Pre-existing relationships with senior-level client decision-makers and brand marketers.
  • Impressive track record of delivering on quota and obtaining positive reviews.
  • Passion for Snapchat and deep knowledge of its ad products.
