Location: Remote, must be located in Central, Mountain, or Pacific Timezones (US West)

Salary: $91,600 - $152,400 USD (base, plus incentives up to 100% of base)

What you will do

  • Meet or exceed quota by prospecting, closing new business, and expanding territory.
  • Act as CEO of your book of business: document buying criteria, build pipeline, ensure adoption to avoid churn.
  • Articulate hirify.global value to prospects in US West, collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams.
  • Create accurate forecasts, drive event attendance, contribute to win/loss analyses and sales handbook improvements.
  • Master MEDPICC and Command of the Message on opportunities, contribute product ideas via issue tracker.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Central, Mountain, or Pacific Timezones.
  • Demonstrated SaaS sales experience pitching value to dev teams (preferably DevOps).
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Interest in hirify.global and open source; ability to leverage relationships and proven techniques.
  • Effective communicator, motivated, results-oriented; share hirify.global values.
  • Ability to travel regularly to meet customers.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Git, Software Development Tools, Application Lifecycle Management.
