TL;DR
Account Executive (SaaS): Lead acquisition of SMB customers across the US by developing go-to-market strategies and executing end-to-end sales cycles with an accent on prospecting, demos, and contract negotiation. Focus on surpassing revenue quotas, shaping US GTM approach, and delivering accurate forecasting in a high-growth environment.
Hybrid: Boston office 3 days per week, with flexibility to work remotely on other days. Must work from US (SMB territory focus).
Base salary: $70,000 – $80,000 / year. Commission: Variable, with OTE of $140,000 – $160,000.

What you will do
- Own SMB territory: develop and execute go-to-market strategy, identify and convert prospects into revenue with Sales Development.
- Lead full sales cycle: outbound prospecting, tailored demos, negotiation, and quota achievement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, Customer Success, and Product for seamless customer journey.
- Shape US SMB GTM strategy for competitiveness and relevance.
- Shadow peers, seek feedback, and contribute to learning culture.
- Deliver accurate pipeline forecasting to leadership.
Requirements
- Fluent in English: outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum 1 year as quota-carrying AE in high-performing SaaS sales, exceeding targets.
- Confident communicator with gravitas to influence stakeholders.
- Adaptable and resourceful in fast-moving scale-up environment.
- Active listener skilled in uncovering pain points and tailoring messages.
- Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration.
