What you will do

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through closing with a strong focus on follow-up.
• Build strategic relationships with prospects and customers to identify their needs and align them with hirify.global solutions.
• Strategically prospect into SMB, mid-market, and small-enterprise accounts.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and customer success professionals to drive product adoption.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (SaaS or tech preferred).
• 1+ year of experience in a closing role specifically for SMB, commercial, and mid-market accounts.
• Proven track record of sourcing, qualifying, and closing outbound deals.
• Strong execution mindset and ability to move with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter approach with a high degree of curiosity for GenAI technology.
