What you will do

• Lead the GTM Systems & Technology stack, including Salesforce, Marketo, and in-house AI copilot development.
• Manage the Company OS & Technology, covering internal tools, identity systems, and Claude-based agent platforms.
• Drive AI enablement to ensure internal tooling is shipped at startup speed across all internal workflows.
• Direct a combined organization of 45+ engineers, product managers, and program managers.
• Implement a forward-deployed engineering model by embedding squads directly into business functions to automate workflows in context.

Requirements

• Experience leading organizations of 40–50+ people across engineering, product, and program management.
• Proven track record of running embedded or forward-deployed engineering models.
• Technical depth in architecture combined with a strong product sense for strategic planning.
• Experience leading large-scale organizational change, including new tooling and process transformation.
• Deep conviction that AI fundamentally changes how internal systems should be designed and operated.
• Must be based in the United States.
