Focus on coaching through complex deployments, establishing implementation methodologies, and driving adoption of AI-driven code review platform.

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Field Engineers handling onboarding, implementation, and customer adoption
  • Partner with Customer Success and Sales for seamless pre-to-post sales transitions
  • Guide customers on deployment, configuration, integration, and optimization of hirify.global platform
  • Coach team through technical escalations, architecture reviews, and complex environments
  • Establish onboarding frameworks, technical health checks, and adoption best practices
  • Drive enablement via trainings, workshops, and configuration reviews
  • Act as escalation point coordinating with Product, Engineering, and Support
  • Improve operations with documentation, playbooks, and tooling
  • Recruit and develop Field Engineering talent
  • Communicate customer feedback to influence product roadmap

Requirements

  • 6+ years in customer-facing technical roles, including 2+ years leading Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Field Engineering teams
  • Experience leading customer onboarding, implementation, or technical adoption for SaaS/developer products
  • Strong technical background in software development tools, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD platforms
  • Experience managing technical escalations in production environments
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop customer-facing technical teams
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have

  • Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions, or modern DevOps tooling
  • Supporting enterprise deployments in cloud/hybrid environments
  • Familiarity with observability, developer productivity, or AI-native tooling
  • Building implementation playbooks or customer enablement programs
