What you will do

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer support.
  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct initial screens to assess candidate motivation, communication, and role fit.
  • Coordinate scheduling and gather feedback between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain high data quality and process consistency within the ATS.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and the overall improvement of the candidate experience.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, or coordination (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort working with ATS systems and Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Proactive, learning-oriented mindset and receptiveness to feedback.
