What you will do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, Corporate (Finance, Legal, People, Ops), and Go-to-Market (Sales, Marketing, CS) teams.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, craft descriptions, and develop tailored hiring strategies.
- Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and targeted outreach.
- Design and implement structured interview processes to ensure fair and consistent candidate evaluation.
- Coach hiring managers on behavior-based interviewing techniques to identify top talent.
- Manage end-to-end candidate experience, including offer negotiations and closing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- Proven success recruiting across multiple functions: technical/engineering and business-facing (Sales, Marketing, Finance).
- Strong knowledge of ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse) and HR tech tools.
- Experience leveraging data and analytics to optimize recruiting performance.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Must be based in the United States.

- Experience in early-stage startups, SaaS, or high-growth tech environments.
- Previous experience working within a recruitment agency.
