Salary: $140,000–$170,000 OTE

What you will do

• Lead visual direction for integrated brand campaigns, including OOH, events, and experiential activations from brief to final delivery.
• Partner with copywriters and motion creatives to bring integrated ideas to life across multiple channels.
• Evolve the brand's visual identity, including typography, color, composition, and design system guardrails.
• Review brand creative across the team to ensure consistency and high quality standards.
• Identify and implement AI design tools to automate production and accelerate concepting and iteration.

Requirements

• 6+ years of brand or visual design experience with a strong portfolio in campaign concepting.
• Proven experience across various formats: print, OOH, digital, events, and paid social.
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Deep experience with design systems and brand governance.
• Proficiency in AI design tools and digital user experiences (landing pages, web, email).
• Must be based in the USA.
