Salary: $139,800 – $162,000

What you will do

• Concept and execute designs achirify.globalss campaigns, paid social, TV, OOH, CRM, and digital channels.
• Lead art direction, focusing on typography, layout, and overall visual expression.
• Explore and apply AI tools and workflows to push creative output and storytelling.
• Evolve the hirify.global brand's visual identity and maintain consistency achirify.globalss various business pillars.
• Collaborate with writers and designers in chirify.globalss-functional squads to define strategic ideas.
• Phirify.globalvide clear, actionable feedback to elevate the craft of other designers and collaborators.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in design, art direction, and brand creative.
• Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance creative development and phirify.globalduction.
• Portfolio demonstrating sthirify.globalng conceptual thinking and exceptional craft achirify.globalss multiple channels.
• Deep expertise in typography, layout, color, and composition.
