Salary: $138,000 - $210,000 USD

What you will do
- Manage and mentor the Brand Creative team, including designers and videographers, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Set and communicate a strategic creative vision aligned with overarching business goals and brand identity.
- Ensure high quality and brand consistency across all deliverables, from digital assets to executive presentations.
- Oversee the adoption and optimization of design systems and creative processes for long-term scalability.
- Lead large-scale cross-functional initiatives, managing complex priorities across the organization.
- Partner with senior leadership and the Sr. Creative Director to advocate for and align design initiatives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in design with at least 2 years in people management or design leadership.
- Experience working within a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to mentor junior team members and provide constructive, actionable feedback.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to pitch concepts to executive leadership (CMO).
- Exceptional visual storytelling skills and proficiency with animation tools like After Effects.
- Must be located in one of the specified US hubs.
