Brand Designer (Web3)

Location: NYC-based, requiring in-person collaboration

Salary: $170,000 – $190,000

What you will do

• Act as a strategic brand design lead, collaborating cross-functionally to generate creative solutions.
• Lead medium to large projects end-to-end, including social campaigns, brand systems, and microsites.
• Define and communicate creative strategy to translate complex ideas into innovative designs.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive visual language for the Uniswap brand.
• Drive the adoption of AI-native workflows by integrating GenAI tools to enhance efficiency.
• Mentor other designers and lead the recruitment of contractors and agencies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing across static, dynamic, and interactive media.
• Must be based in New York City for in-person collaboration.
• Familiarity with crypto and experience using dapps.
• Fluency in Figma and Adobe Suite.
• Experience designing marketing materials for crypto tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and design principles.

• Experience with animation and motion design.
