What you will do

  • Own and evolve the brand design system across the website, marketing channels, and sales collateral.
  • Lead the creative development of the visual identity and mascot for Bizy, the company's AI agent.
  • Produce high-quality campaign creative, landing pages, social content, and event assets.
  • Mentor and provide creative direction to a junior visual designer.
  • Partner with product designers to ensure brand coherence between marketing and product surfaces.
  • Translate positioning and narratives into impactful visual strategies and concepts.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of design experience in brand, art direction, or creative lead roles, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end brand system ownership and high executional craft.
  • Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and motion tools like After Effects or Lottie.
  • Experience with character design, mascot development, or brand illustration systems.
  • Background in high-growth startups and experience designing for product-led growth (PLG).

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI-assisted creative tools and a point of view on their role in design.
  • Interest in or experience within the HR tech domain and the future of work.
