Compensation: $135,000 - $155,000 / year

What you will do
- Mature and strengthen scalable visual systems for various marketing channels
- Collaborate on strategic brand strategy to future-proof brand positions
- Own website and landing page design strategy and execution
- Develop high-performing creative for paid media on Meta, Google, TikTok
- Iterate creative based on performance data and audience insights with Growth Marketing
- Lead app store listings, visual positioning, and conversion optimization
- Design email and lifecycle marketing campaigns
- Provide creative direction for video production including CTV ads and motion graphics
- Increase brand affinity through high-quality, thoughtful design
Requirements
- 8+ years in brand, consumer, or marketing design
- Experience leading brand design at consumer startup or high-growth company, ideally digital services or mobile apps
- Strong portfolio of web, paid media, lifecycle, and digital product marketing work
- Deep expertise in typography, layout systems, visual hierarchy
- Experience building basic motion/video assets and working with production teams
- Expert proficiency in Figma and basic motion/video tools
- Comfort with brand-building and performance-driven design
Nice to have
- Experience in DTC, consumer apps, or subscription businesses
- Designing for family-focused or mission-driven brands
- Working across multiple brands in a portfolio
