What you will do

• Design and execute marketing assets including digital campaigns, website elements, presentations, and print materials while ensuring brand consistency.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools for rapid prototyping, content generation, and design exploration.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems in Figma, including component libraries and style guides.
• Implement automation workflows for asset generation, localization, and content updates using scripting or Figma plugins.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to translate business objectives into visual solutions.
• Contribute to improving design processes and tools with innovative approaches.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in brand or marketing design
• Proficiency in Figma, including advanced features and plugin development
• Demonstrated experience with AI-assisted design tools and workflows
• Understanding of design systems principles and implementation
• Active GitHub profile showcasing projects related to design automation, scripting, or AI applications in design

Nice to have

• Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Familiarity with prompt engineering for AI models like Claude
• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills and innovative problem-solving
• Experience in a fast-paced, agile environment
