Location: Remote, serving Texas. Must currently live in the state of Texas or support central hours. Travel up to 10% for school visits, educator events, and company meetings.
Salary: $51,250 - $84,250

What you will do
- Own development and execution of implementation planning for assigned accounts, delivering tasks on time.
- Conduct regular check-ins to address educator concerns, capture feedback, and resolve issues.
- Analyze data trends to highlight student performance and use as coaching tool for equitable classroom practices.
- Identify and cultivate champions in districts to strengthen program implementation.
- Partner with service teams on retention for at-risk accounts and secure renewals through relationships with decision-makers.
- Support new implementations, identify expansion opportunities, and relay to sales team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Education or Marketing/Business preferred).
- Strong communication, active listening, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical capabilities in fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Comfortable learning new technology and providing guidance to educators on best practices.
- Must live in Texas or support central hours.
